Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and solutions to their inquiries. Your role is vital in maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Answer product-related questions and offer upsell opportunities where applicable.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints skillfully.
  • Keep up to date with product changes and company policies.
  • Utilize customer feedback to identify areas for improvement within the service team.
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss team performance and strategy.
  • Assist in creating customer service resources and training materials.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, or related fields is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre environment
