Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to oversee our HR operations in Durban. The ideal candidate should have a passion for people and a proven track record in developing HR strategies that align with business goals. You will play a key role in enhancing employee engagement, driving performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Develop training programs to upskill employees.
  • Conduct regular assessments of HR policies and recommend improvements.
  • Support management in disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction through surveys and feedback.
  • Establish a clear communication channel for employee concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for HR services and tools.
  • Foster a motivational and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial role
