Job Description

As a Shade Maker, you will play a crucial role in our production team. Your responsibilities will include measuring, cutting, and sewing fabrics, as well as constructing and installing shade structures. Bring your expertise and passion for craftsmanship to our growing company!

Responsibilities

• Design custom shade structures based on client requirements.
• Select appropriate materials for fabrication.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment for shade production.
• Work closely with sales to understand client needs and deliver solutions.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure final products meet standards.
• Install shades at customer locations with precision.
• Manage project timelines and communicate with team members.
• Document project specifications and updates.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certification in textiles or upholstery is an advantage

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience as a Shade Maker or in a similar role

• First Aid Certificate
• Forklift Operator Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
