Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Administrator to join our team in Pretoria, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and a passion for improving patient services. You'll play a vital role in ensuring compliance, managing staff, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to improve healthcare quality and operational effectiveness.
  • Monitor patient feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
  • Ensure adherence to standards for healthcare supplies and equipment.
  • Advise senior management on policy changes affecting operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
