• Provide mentorship and guidance to new team members.
• Lead project meetings and ensure timelines are met.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• Proven track record in successful fastener design and development projects.
