Job Description

As a Compliance Specialist, you will be a crucial part of our operations in Pretoria. We need someone who can ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations while implementing and maintaining effective compliance policies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing compliance processes and recommend improvements.
• Stay informed of industry best practices and compliance trends.
• Prepare presentations and reports for compliance meetings.
• Facilitate compliance workshops and training sessions.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a culture of compliance.
• Implement and monitor compliance-related KPI metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Compliance Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in compliance roles within large organizations

• Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP)
