We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Durban. In this role, you'll apply your engineering expertise to design and implement mechanical systems, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness while collaborating with other engineering disciplines. Your work will directly contribute to innovative projects that enhance the capabilities of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute mechanical design projects from concept through to production.
• Analyze product performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams to drive project outcomes.
• Identify innovative solutions to engineering challenges.
• Prepare and review engineering documentation and specifications.
• Ensure accurate project tracking and reporting.
• Assist in mentoring junior engineers and interns.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field
• Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering is acceptable

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience

Technical Skills

• Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
• Mechanical System Design

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
