Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to oversee daily operations within our Cape Town healthcare facility. In this role, you will coordinate administrative functions, manage patient flow, and assist with the development of policies aimed at improving service delivery. Your ability to work collaboratively with medical staff and patients will be crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily operations in the healthcare facility.
  • Coordinate patient admissions, maintain records, and enhance patient services.
  • Develop, implement, and review administrative procedures and policies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve service quality.
  • Oversee medical billing and coding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial management within the facility.
  • Handle patient queries and concerns effectively.
  • Train and supervise administrative staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration or a similar role
