Job Description

Join our finance team as a Financial Analyst where you will utilize your expertise in financial analysis, budget forecasting, and performance metrics to drive effective financial decisions. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure financial integrity and assist in the company’s financial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports to monitor performance.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to aid financial strategy.
• Support investment evaluations and capital expenditure decisions.
• Communicate financial findings to management and stakeholders.
• Identify trends and provide insights for future planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree will be an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field

Certifications

• CFA Level 1 is preferred
• CMA Certification

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

• Knowledge of local tax laws and financial regulations: Understanding of tax compliance and financial reporting standards in South Africa.
