Job Description

We are on the hunt for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will excel in providing top-notch customer support, ensuring clients have a seamless experience. You will work closely with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and retention strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively to enhance customer experience.
  • Work closely with product development teams to relay customer insights.
  • Participate in team meetings to share experiences and improve processes.
  • Facilitate feedback loops to continuously enhance service quality.
  • Maintain knowledge of product updates and changes to inform customers effectively.
  • Act as a mentor for junior staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new customers to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Manage escalated customer concerns while ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Contribute to internal documentation and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a call centre or customer support environment
