Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Johannesburg. This role is focused on productivity improvement across our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process optimization, data analysis, and project management, and be able to work collaboratively to implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing systems and processes for gaps and opportunities.
• Develop process maps and improve layout designs.
• Utilize software tools for data analysis and project modeling.
• Report on project status and improvements to stakeholders.
• Implement training programs for staff on efficiency techniques.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives through process improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g., Six Sigma) is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in an industrial engineering role
