We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Johannesburg. This role is focused on productivity improvement across our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process optimization, data analysis, and project management, and be able to work collaboratively to implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time and motion studies to enhance workflow.
• Utilize statistical methods to assess production data.
• Collaborate with teams to train on new processes and technologies.
• Manage projects from concept through implementation.
• Facilitate workshops focused on process improvement.
• Monitor compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Provide technical support for production teams to optimize equipment performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g., Six Sigma) is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in an industrial engineering role
