Responsibilities

• Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness and safety.

• Assist in pharmacy marketing and patient engagement strategies.
• Document all patient interactions and drug therapies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Additional certifications in Clinical Pharmacy are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of pharmacist experience
