We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Consultant to join our growing team in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of HR policies and practices, and be able to effectively implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals.

Responsibilities

• Advise management on HR-related issues and collaborate on employee performance improvement.
• Assist in creating a positive workplace environment by promoting employee engagement.
• Handle payroll and benefits administration.
• Develop and maintain HR metrics and reporting systems.
• Participate in employee onboarding and orientation programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in HR consulting or HR management roles
