In this role, you will drive initiatives that improve team performance, enhance leadership effectiveness, and ensure alignment with the overall business strategy. We are looking for someone creative and strategic to take our OD practices to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational needs and implement effective development initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff and management.
• Design and evaluate organizational development interventions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of development programs.
• Support the development of leadership capabilities within the organization.
• Identify and resolve barriers to organizational effectiveness.
• Develop metrics to measure the impact of training and development.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to facilitate development processes.
• Conduct research on best practices in organizational development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in organizational development or related fields
