As a Clinical Psychologist at Mental Health Specialists, you will focus on delivering therapeutic interventions, conducting assessments, and providing support to patients across various demographics. Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations of clients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Provide evidence-based therapy, including CBT and DBT, to clients.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families.
• Conduct group therapy sessions when required.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress throughout treatment.
• Stay updated on current trends and therapeutic techniques in psychology.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Psychology from an accredited institution
• Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in clinical psychology or a related field
