Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and implement innovative mechanical solutions.
• Evaluate product designs for manufacturability and reliability.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to optimize production processes.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and technologies to enhance product development.
• Ensure continuous improvement in engineering practices.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and project management

Technical Skills

• 3D CAD Software
• Thermodynamics
• Mechanical Design Standards

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
