Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and orderliness of our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation, manage housekeeping staff, and work closely with other departments to guarantee guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining exceptional service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all housekeeping staff and ensure productivity and performance.
  • Monitor cleanliness and organization of all areas of the hotel.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for housekeeping.
  • Evaluate performance of housekeeping staff and conduct performance reviews.
  • Ensure proper handling of cleaning materials and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs.
  • Foster a team-oriented and respectful environment.
  • Conduct training sessions on cleaning techniques and product usage.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation Certificate
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a supervisory role within housekeeping
