Responsibilities

• Lead the design and construction of civil engineering infrastructures.
• Supervise junior engineers and support staff, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to procure necessary materials.
• Review and approve engineering plans and designs to meet regulatory standards.
• Identify potential project delays and provide solutions to alleviate issues.
• Engage in environmental assessments and ensure sustainability practices are followed.
• Develop cost estimates and budgets for project proposals.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders about project developments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PrEng) registration is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in civil engineering projects
