Job Description

We are seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to enhance our customer support team in Pretoria. In this role, you will engage with customers, helping them achieve maximum value from our products. This position demands excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring they receive a smooth transition.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to customer success best practices.
  • Participate in product development feedback sessions to represent customer feedback.
  • Contribute to the creation of customer success resources, such as training materials.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management
