Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our Durban team. The successful candidate will provide technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems function seamlessly. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with installations, and answer support queries in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct diagnostics on client systems to identify and resolve technical problems.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with clients.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new clients by setting up their IT systems.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends to offer informed support.
  • Collaborate with vendors for repairs and replacements.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Computer Science or similar
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in help desk support
