Job Description

We are on the lookout for an E-commerce Manager in Johannesburg who will be responsible for overseeing online sales strategies, managing the e-commerce platform, and optimizing the user experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of online retail, digital marketing, and data analysis to drive conversion rates and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Direct strategic planning for the e-commerce platform.
• Drive customer acquisition efforts through paid and organic channels.
• Oversee the management of online reviews and online reputation.
• Develop and maintain an e-commerce budget.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve online visibility.
• Coordinate with IT and web developers to enhance site functionality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master’s degree in Marketing preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the e-commerce or online retail sector
