Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of major fundraising events.
• Develop compelling case statements to appeal to potential donors.
• Oversee grant writing and reporting for funding applications.
• Engage in community outreach to raise awareness of the organization’s mission.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage fundraising budgets.
• Provide ongoing updates and reports to the Executive Director regarding fundraising progress.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Non-Profit Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in fundraising and community engagement roles

Certifications

• Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE)
