• Develop compelling case statements to appeal to potential donors.
• Oversee grant writing and reporting for funding applications.
• Engage in community outreach to raise awareness of the organization’s mission.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage fundraising budgets.
• Provide ongoing updates and reports to the Executive Director regarding fundraising progress.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Fundraising Software Proficient in using fundraising and donor management software.
• Social Media Management Skilled in managing social media platforms for outreach and engagement.
• Excellent Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills key for donor relations.
• Team Leadership Capable of leading and motivating a team towards common goals.
• Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE)
• Donor Relations Certification
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)

• Experience with Influencer Partnerships: Experience collaborating with influencers to boost fundraising efforts.
• Familiarity with B2B Fundraising: Knowledge of fundraising strategies targeting businesses as donors.
