Job Description

Join our vibrant team as a Customer Success Manager, where your primary role will be to drive customer satisfaction and retention. You will engage directly with clients to understand their needs and ensure they are receiving maximum value from our services.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer success initiatives that promote user engagement and product adoption.
  • Serve as an advocate for the customer within the organization, voicing their needs and concerns.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and strategize next steps with clients.
  • Support customers in leveraging our products to drive their business objectives.
  • Foster community between users and facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and work with sales to drive additional revenue.
  • Capture customer success metrics and help create reports to demonstrate ROI.
  • Facilitate workshops and webinars to help clients maximize their use of our products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create content focused on customer success.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in customer success management
