Responsibilities
Assist customers with their inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Document customer interactions and feedback for quality control.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during interactions.

Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Degree in Communication or related field preferred
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
