Job Description

Join our growing team at Service Solutions PTY Ltd as a Customer Support Agent. Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction in every interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for quality control.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude during interactions.
  • Contribute to team goals by achieving individual performance metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Communication or related field preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
Technical Skills
  • CRM Software
  • Microsoft Office Suite

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Experience in a call center environment: Prior experience working in a fast-paced call center is advantageous.
  • Bilingual skills: Ability to communicate in Afrikaans would be a plus.
