Visual Merchandising Manager

Job Description

We are in search of a seasoned Visual Merchandising Manager to lead our visual presentation in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling displays that effectively promote our merchandise and resonate with our brand's image. A strong understanding of market trends and customer preferences is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design store layouts and displays that optimize customer flow and enhance shopping experience.
• Implement in-store events and installations to enhance brand engagement.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for retail staff on visual merchandising techniques.
• Collaborate with the buying team to ensure product placements are inline with stock availability.
• Report on visual merchandising performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field
• Master's degree would be considered a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a retail environment focusing on visual merchandising strategies
