Job Description

As a Seam Steamer at our company, you will be responsible for operating a seam steaming machine, ensuring fabric is smooth and perfectly shaped for production. Your role is vital in the textile manufacturing process, requiring attention to detail and physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain seam steaming machinery.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality control.
• Document daily production metrics and report to the supervisor.
• Assist in training new production workers on equipment operation.
• Participate in routine safety audits and equipment inspections.
• Collaborate with team members to address production challenges.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
• Assist in the transportation of materials and finished products.
• Record and report any discrepancies in fabric quality.
• Foster a positive team environment by maintaining open communication.
