As a Recruiter in our Cape Town office, you will play a pivotal role in driving our talent acquisition efforts. Your expertise in assessing candidates and understanding client requirements will help us secure top talent for diverse roles and sectors within the industry.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with passive candidates and maintain a talent pool for current and future positions.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to refine recruitment processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout recruitment.
• Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers promptly.
• Continuously improve sourcing methods and tools to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology
• Honours degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
