We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team in Johannesburg. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production systems and processes to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for projects.
• Lead projects focusing on process optimization and re-engineering.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions for team improvements.
• Present findings and recommendations to management.
• Develop project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
• Incorporate customer feedback into engineering processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and failures.
• Support environmental sustainability initiatives in the engineering practices.
• Utilize CAD software for process design and layout changes.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of the latest engineering techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement and operations

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
