Calibration Technologist and Technician

Job Description

As a Calibration Technologist and Technician, you will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for calibrating, testing, and repairing equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead calibration activities for critical manufacturing equipment.
• Analyze calibration data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance plans.
• Support the introduction of new equipment and calibration methods.
• Ensure all calibration tools and equipment are in proper working condition.
• Conduct training sessions on calibration processes for staff.
• Maintain an organized inventory of calibration equipment and supplies.
• Assist in audits and assessments related to equipment calibration compliance.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Engineering or related field
• Bachelor's degree is an added advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in calibration or related fields

Languages

• English: Fluent
