Job Description

An established e-commerce company is seeking a highly organized and motivated Returns Agent to handle all aspects of returns and exchanges. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer returns, determining the reason for the return, resolving issues with defective merchandise, and ensuring timely refunds or exchanges.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the return process for all online orders.
  • Investigate customer complaints related to returns and resolve issues swiftly.
  • Coordinate logistics to ensure timely processing of returns.
  • Maintain detailed records of returned items and their statuses.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding their return requests.
  • Identifying patterns in return requests to improve service.
  • Assist in training new staff members on return policies and procedures.

Advantageous

  • Experience with CRM software: Familiarity with customer relationship management software.
  • Experience in e-commerce operations: Prior experience in an e-commerce environment is an advantage.
