Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to elevate the customer experience and drive satisfaction in our Port Elizabeth office. You'll play a crucial role in fostering relationships with key accounts while ensuring our clients are satisfied with our solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement event marketing strategies to drive attendance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
• Assist with managing social media promotions related to events.
• Utilise project management software to track tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality service is provided.
• Prepare venue layouts and coordinate logistical needs before events.
• Act as the primary point of contact during the event for clients and vendors.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field
• Certification in event planning is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in event planning or management
