Responsibilities

• Implement aesthetic treatments with precision and care.
• Establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business.
• Stay informed about new treatments and technologies in the aesthetics field.
• Develop personalized skincare plans based on client assessments.
• Assist in organizing and hosting client events and workshops.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy or Aesthetics
• Additional certifications in advanced aesthetic treatments are advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in aesthetics or related field

Technical Skills

• Advanced skincare treatments
• Product knowledge

Soft Skills

• Time management
• Teamwork

Certifications

• CIDESCO or ITEC certified preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Knowledge of holistic skincare approaches: Experience with natural and organic skincare products.
• Fluency in multiple languages: Bilingual candidates will be given preference.
