Job Description

We are searching for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The right candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions to interviewing candidates. You will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting the best talent in the market while maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Responsibilities

  • Implement strategic attraction methods to improve candidate quality.
  • Engage in direct sourcing via various platforms to reach potential talents.
  • Support hiring managers in the design of the interview process.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to maintain compliance with employment legislation.
  • Create job postings that attract the right candidates.
  • Facilitate and close offers to candidates.
  • Negotiate job offers, ensuring satisfaction for both clients and candidates.
  • Continuously enhance recruitment processes through feedback and analysis.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of competitor recruitment strategies.
  • Prepare and archive candidate evaluations to improve recruitment effectiveness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
  • HR-related qualifications are preferred
Experience
  • Proven experience in recruitment or HR functions for at least 3 years

  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
