Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Healthcare Administrator to join our team in Durban. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing healthcare operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and fostering a patient-focused environment. This position requires strong organizational and management skills to enhance service delivery across our healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the administrative team in daily healthcare operations.
  • Ensure that healthcare services adhere to national policies and regulations.
  • Manage budgets and financial resources effectively.
  • Assess and improve healthcare services through data analysis.
  • Promote a patient-first approach in all endeavors.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service provision.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain staff morale.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
  • Master's degree in Health Services Administration is preferred

  • 4-6 years in a management role within a healthcare setting
