Responsibilities

• Provide grooming services tailored to the needs of individual pets.
• Build relationships with pet owners to foster trust and repeat business.
• Ensure all pets are treated gently and with respect.
• Monitor the behavior and comfort of pets during grooming.
• Establish a routine to help pets feel more comfortable with grooming.
• Update grooming logs and customer records accurately.
• Participate in promotional events to promote our grooming services.
• Assist in training new staff in grooming techniques.
• Brandish knowledge on pet health and wellness related to grooming.
• Manage pet grooming tools and ensure they are in good working condition.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in pet grooming is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of grooming and animal care experience

Certifications

Languages
