Responsibilities
Ensure quality and safety standards are met at all stages of processing.
Perform regular audits of production processes.
Engage in troubleshooting and problem solving during quality inspections.
Participate in the development of training materials for staff.
Manage relationships with suppliers to maintain high product quality.
Document and report on compliance and inspection findings.
Utilize laboratory equipment for quality testing.
Assist in the development of new seafood products.
Monitor waste management and environmental practices.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance in the food or seafood industry.
