Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Customer Experience Manager to lead our efforts in enhancing customer satisfaction across various touchpoints. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating exceptional customer journeys and will possess strong analytical skills to drive improvements in our services.

Responsibilities

  • Create a customer-centric culture by leading and inspiring teams.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Utilize technology to enhance customer service and streamline processes.
  • Gather and analyze voice of customer (VoC) data for continuous improvement.
  • Work with IT to enhance digital customer interfaces.
  • Set up metrics to evaluate customer satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
  • Establish a system for tracking customer interactions and feedback.
  • Encourage innovative ideas that enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or related discipline
  • Certification in customer experience management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role with experience in managing teams
