In this role, you will prepare and mix brine solutions according to established formulas, overseeing the entire production process to meet quality requirements and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
Adhere to food safety regulations while producing brine.
Conduct regular quality checks on finished products.
Collaborate with other departments for efficient production.
Document production activities for compliance and reporting.
Work with maintenance teams on machinery issues.
Assist in training new employees on safety and operational procedures.
Requirements
Education
Matric certificate with Maths and Science
Food processing or related diploma or degree is preferred
Experience
Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
