Job Description

In this role, you will prepare and mix brine solutions according to established formulas, overseeing the entire production process to meet quality requirements and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to food safety regulations while producing brine.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on finished products.
  • Collaborate with other departments for efficient production.
  • Document production activities for compliance and reporting.
  • Work with maintenance teams on machinery issues.
  • Assist in training new employees on safety and operational procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate with Maths and Science
  • Food processing or related diploma or degree is preferred
Experience
  • Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.

Advantageous
