Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Industrial Engineer to join our team in Polokwane. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing our operational efficiency and productivity. You will apply engineering principles and methodologies to design, implement, and improve processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to improve production efficiency and quality.
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop project proposals for new initiatives.
• Coordinate with management to align engineering efforts with business goals.
• Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and training sessions.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
