Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Manager to oversee multiple construction projects in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of construction, managing teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and control construction projects to meet client expectations.
  • Maintain continuous communication with clients to update them on project status and changes.
  • Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards in workmanship.
  • Lead and mentor construction teams, providing guidance and support.
  • Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to site.
  • Develop solutions to technical issues that arise during construction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred
  • Master's degree is an added advantage
Experience
  • At least 7 years of experience in the construction sector
