Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive urban plans focusing on community needs.
  • Engage with community members and stakeholders during the planning process.
  • Assess project feasibility and prepare budget estimates.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure objectives are met.
  • Provide expert advice on urban planning regulations and policies.
  • Use GIS software to analyze spatial data and mapping.
  • Develop strategies for land use and transportation planning.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or related field.
  • Master's degree in Urban Design or Policy preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in urban planning projects
