Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a key role in our organization by providing exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer queries, escalating issues when necessary, and ensuring seamless communication between departments to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions to build rapport and trust.
  • Identify common customer issues and suggest improvements to internal procedures.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer service trends.
  • Assist in developing customer service training materials.
  • Engage with customers on social media platforms as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Further training in customer service is a bonus
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support or service

Languages
  • English: Fluent
