Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external training providers for specialized courses.

• Encourage feedback from participants to improve training efficacy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role

Technical Skills

• Instructional Design
• Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
• Training and Development Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in e-learning development tools: Knowledge of tools such as Articulate or Adobe Captivate for creating online training.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles: Understanding of how adults learn and develop skills effectively.
