Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our growing team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. This role is pivotal in shaping our company culture and enhancing employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
• Develop and promote HR policies, ensuring they align with company values.
• Handle employee performance management and development.
• Engage with employees to understand their needs and encourage participation.
• Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to management.
• Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations.
• Produce reports for management on HR metrics.
• Support training and development programs to enhance workforce performance.
• Assist in the planning and execution of employee events and initiatives.
• Work closely with payroll to ensure accurate compensation and benefits delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar field

Experience

• 4+ years of HR generalist experience.
