Responsibilities

• Establish QA standards and processes within the organization.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and review results.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts.
• Document and track defects using management tools.
• Stay updated on technological advancements related to QA tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or relevant field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a QA role with leadership experience considered an asset

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)

Languages

• English: Fluent
