Contract Manager

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Contract Manager to oversee contract management processes and ensure compliance with legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, while also fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of contractual agreements to mitigate risks.
• Review and amend contracts as necessary to reflect changing business needs.
• Maintain comprehensive records of contracts and related documents.
• Facilitate communication between parties to ensure mutual understanding of terms.
• Research and apply relevant legal precedents to enhance contract practices.
• Prepare reports on contract performance and compliance for stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Juris Doctor (JD) is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in contract negotiation or management

• English: Fluent
