Seeking a talented Industrial Engineer to join our Cape Town office. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing engineering processes and improving operational efficiencies. You will work closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement new engineering technologies.
• Support the development of new products and production methods.
• Perform risk assessments related to process changes.
• Lead team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
• Document all processes and adhere to project timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers to align engineering solutions with business goals.
• Facilitate workshops to enhance team’s problem-solving capabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Relevant certifications are advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
