Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in pharmacy operations, patient interaction, and medication management. You will play a vital role in ensuring patient safety and well-being, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients on the safe and effective use of medications.
• Oversee pharmacy operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular training sessions for pharmacy staff on new protocols and regulations.
• Develop strong relationships with patients and their families to enhance care.
• Participate in community health initiatives to promote wellness.
• Address and resolve patient complaints and queries professionally.
• Assist in maintaining the pharmacy’s financial operations, including billing and reimbursements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail or clinical setting.
