Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator who is detail-oriented and possesses a solid understanding of payroll laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all payroll-related tasks. You will collaborate with HR and finance teams to align payroll processes with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the collection and input of employee payroll data.
  • Validate hours worked and pay information for accuracy.
  • Coordinate with finance for budget compliance regarding payroll expenses.
  • Respond to queries regarding payroll matters.
  • Prepare and issue payslips and tax documents to employees.
  • Ensure adherence to internal payroll policies and procedures.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation.
  • Assist with year-end payroll reconciliations.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in payroll administration
