Responsibilities

• Assess training effectiveness and make recommendations for program enhancements.
• Design onboarding programs for new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation and engagement.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders on training outcomes.
• Identify trends and best practices in L&D to drive training strategy.
• Work closely with the HR team to support performance management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations in training delivery.
• Utilize data analytics to inform training decisions and track progress.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development or Adult Education
• A relevant master's degree is preferable

Experience

• 5 years minimum experience in corporate training environments

• Certified Learning Professional (CLP)
